L’OBJET is the life’s work of founder and creative director Elad Yifrach. Born and raised in Israel, Elad established himself as an interior designer in Beverly Hills before settling in New York. A lifelong traveler with a global design perspective, Elad imbues each design with his own story. Each collection is a spirited homage to both the cultures that inspire them and the artisans who bring them to life.

Founded in 2004, L’OBJET was born at the intersection of meticulous craftsmanship and timeless sensibility. Today, the brand continues to set standards in the luxury lifestyle industry, while still employing many of the same artisans that Elad met on his early travels.

Elad’s collections expand and transcend traditional craftsmanship, through effort and imagination, to create a new echelon of modern artistry. The craftsmanship techniques used and the beautiful pieces they produce are unique in the world. Jewelry making techniques are used to create the most intricate picture frames; custom plaster molds are used so fine that each can cast only fifteen pieces; porcelain is teased and shaped by hand as it dries to create a beautiful texture; and tableware is plated three times in 24K gold to achieve the perfect glow.
